Oradea’s geographical position, just a few hours away from Vienna and Budapest, has facilitated the international exchange of goods throughout history. The strategic location of the city, the efficient local governance, the attractive facilities offered to investors, allowed the access and involvement of many partners from the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia - in the creation of three industrial parks. To further support the business environment, a series of business centres equipped to international standards have been built.
What do the Oradea Industrial Parks entail?
Even though the industrial parks have appeared recently, their success means that we now have data on the degree of occupation by investors, as follows:

The total available area is 237.8 ha, of which the first 3 parks occupy 111,389 sqm. Through the initiative to create these attractive venues for investors, an environment for the employment of over 6,500 people was also created. There are 97 permanent residents, and in 2019, 16 contracts were signed with 16 different companies.
